Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchange
Only defective items are eligible for exchange.
Valid reasons include:
- Loose or unfinished stitching
- Malfunctioning zippers or buttons
- Wrong measurements due to cutting or pattern errors
- Uneven fabric creases or puckering
- Open or undone seams
- Prints or logos that appear faded
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Clear photos must be submitted along with an exchange request through our official exchange form.
- Customers will shoulder the return shipping fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
