Do I need an account to order?

 No. Guest checkout is available.

What payments do you accept?

GCash, Maya, SeaBank, BPI, Metrobank, and COD.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. LBC, J&T. Same-day Metro Manila via Lalamove.

How long is delivery?

J&T

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 days
  • Luzon: 1–5 days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 days
  • Islands: 5–6 days

LBC

  • NCR - 1 day
  • Luzon - 1-2 days
  • Visayas - 2-5 days
  • Mindanao - 3-6 days
  • Puerto Princesa - 2-3 days
  • Batanes - 3-5 days
  • Coron - 3-4 days
  • Luzon Island (Marinduque, Masbate, Mindoro, Catanduanes) - 2-4 days

Do you allow returns?

Only defective items within 7 days.

What qualifies as defective?

Loose stitching, faulty zippers/buttons, wrong cut, uneven creases, open seams, or faded prints.

How do I request an exchange?

Fill out our Exchange Form and upload clear photos of the defect.

What happens after my exchange is approved?

You’ll receive a coupon code equal to the item’s value. Use it at checkout to reorder the same item (if available) or another item from our website.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Approved returns are replaced through a coupon code

Who pays for shipping?

Customers cover the shipping fee of the new order.

What if sizing is wrong?

Exchanges are only for defective items. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Will the color match the photos?

Slight variations may occur due to lighting and screens.
